Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all details are correctly entered
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and client preferences using data entry skills
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize appointment conversions
Experience
- Previous call center experience or outbound calling background is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients
- Proven ability to handle customer support scenarios with professionalism and patience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, for data management and correspondence
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including typing skills and basic troubleshooting of common software tools
- Experience in client services or customer support roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze information quickly and adapt communication style accordingly
