Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Promote and sell retail products, financial services, or banking solutions with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, payments, or loan processing
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of retail inventory, financial software, and relevant policies to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and cash reconciliation at shift end
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions, cash management, and financial calculations
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; training provided on the job
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or services
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing cash handling procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in retail math or financial software is advantageous
