Service Recycling is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and team performance across our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with department leads and executive leadership.

Key Skills and Responsibilities May Include:
Track progress on job schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Work with department leads to drive results across all departments.
Promote and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Participate in daily production, inventory, safety, and metrics meetings.
Assist with audits, inspections, and policy enforcement.
Maintain awareness of production performance and labor alignment.
Leadership and Accountability:
Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Encourage a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Identify issues early and communicate them clearly to leadership.
Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
Position Details:
Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Paid weekly.
Drug-Free workplace, including THC.
Paid time off and 40k + match after one year.
