We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. We have multiple shifts available and looking to hire as soon as possible. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career!
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components following detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
- Perform routine manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions accurately.
- Maintain complete and accurate manufacturing documentation and production records.
- Ensure all products remain traceable and compliant with quality requirements.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking.
- Identify and communicate production issues, quality concerns, and process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and able to work in the US with no sponsorship
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills to navigate systems and comfortable learning programs.
- Strong communication and attention to detail along with data entry skills.
- Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
