We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, generating Quotes and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders, and work closely with sales Reps to generate orders
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Effectively communicate with existing and potential customers
· Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe PDF Maker
· QuickBooks Knowledge
· Maintain a organized work area and Email
· Maintain accurate tracking for all current orders and Quotes
· Understanding of quoting and purchase orders
· Follow up on quotes and or past jobs to create new orders
Hourly Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
