What You'll Do

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality dentistry
- Growth mindset and leadership qualities
- Comfortable practicing comprehensive dentistry
Experience is preferred but we're willing to consider motivated early-career dentists who demonstrate exceptional clinical ability, professionalism, and a desire to build a long-term career.
Compensation
- Competitive guaranteed base salary
- Production incentive program
- Ownership/equity opportunity for the right long-term partner
- Expected first-year earning potential: $250,000–$450,000+, depending on production

Pay: $135,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
