Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, residential homes, or commercial buildings. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitary environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required
