We are currently seeking to expand our practice and are hiring for a Nephrologist for the Central Arkansas Area (Little Rock, North Little Rock, Jacksonville, Conway, Benton and Searcy) due to physician retirements and market growth. Multiple locations, so light local travel is required. This position requires the applicant to be Board Certified in Internal Medicine
The position requires the applicant to be Board Eligible/Certified in Nephrology
This position requires a Medical Doctor degree or foreign equivalent
Arkansas Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required.
The following is our Practice information;
1. Current number of physicians: five
2. Nephrology practice only. No Internal Medicine
3. Approximately 700 ESRD patients of which 200 are PD/HHD/ Nocturnal
4. Nine hospitals covered
5. Davita associated dialysis facilities - ten in-center HD units with four PD units and two HHD.
6. Credentialed and Medical Directorships at all facilities
7. Five weeks vacation time plus one week educational time
8. Vehicle provided with vehicle insurance and company credit card
9. Home purchasing assistance and relocation expenses negotiable
10. Benefits - health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance paid by practice
11. Partnership track available
Strengths of Practice: Physician-owned nephrology only practice since 1986 in Central Arkansas with expanding inpatient and outpatient practice. Joint ventured owned dialysis facilities with Davita. Experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
