As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant while creating an environment where both team members and guests thrive.
Responsibilities include:

Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.

Coach, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders.

Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
-
Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
-
Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and food cost management.

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
-
Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed.

Lead shifts with confidence while creating a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment.

Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.

Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
