Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers' locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and possess the necessary skills to handle various driving and delivery tasks.
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
- Load and unload products efficiently, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary.
- Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of items transported and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check,
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with loading/unloading procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics planning is preferred.

Pay: $22.50 - $23.00 per hour
