As a Host at our Waterfront, you are the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and timely seating to optimize the guest experience.
- Seating Coordination: Seat guests efficiently, balancing the flow of the dining area to accommodate their preferences and the ambiance.
- Guest Information: Provide information on the restaurant, menu, and any special offerings, and answer guest inquiries courteously.
- Guest List: Maintain a waitlist, track guest preferences, and communicate with servers to ensure a seamless dining process.
- Upselling Awareness: Alert servers to any special requests or opportunities for upselling to enhance the dining experience.
- Cleanliness and Atmosphere: Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, contributing to the upscale-casual to fine dining ambiance.
- Guest Relations: Address guest concerns, resolve issues when possible, and notify management when necessary.
