Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service to enhance their experience
- Coordinate banquet events from setup to service, ensuring all details align with client expectations and standards
- Meet with potential clients and provide venue information
- Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Manage the flow of service during events, supervising staff including servers, bartenders, and setup crews
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional guest relations
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, event planners, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout all banquet areas
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
