The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in supporting on site project leadership for major industrial construction projects. Our projects are in the following states: MS, IL, IN, OH, NC, VA and GA. This position requires travel.

Assist the Superintendent with daily on site field management for industrial construction projects.
Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.
Conduct daily site walks, maintain logs, and document progress, issues, and quality checks.
Assist with scheduling, look ahead planning, and updating progress reports.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
Help track materials, deliveries, and equipment usage to avoid delays.
Support quality control inspections and help implement corrective actions when needed.
Communicate routinely with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding site conditions, challenges, and progress.
What you need:
3+ years of post grad construction experience
1+ years as an Assistant Superintendent
Industrial Construction experience
High School Diploma
Willingness to travel

Base ($100,000-$115,000) + Bonus
$450 Auto Allowance + $4,000 Per Diem + Paid flights home on weekends
