WaterSide HomeServices is a growing local home service company seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base throughout Kitsap County.
This is an opportunity for individuals who are comfortable talking to homeowners, enjoy working independently, and want unlimited earning potential based on performance.
As a Sales Representative, you will connect with homeowners, generate leads, provide estimates, and help grow a local business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
- Build relationships with homeowners and identify service opportunities
- Present and explain our services professionally
- Generate leads and close sales
- Track leads and customer information
- Follow up with potential customers as needed
- Represent WaterSide HomeServices in a professional manner
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- Commission-only position
- Earn a percentage of every completed sale

Pay: $64,800.00 - $128,000.00 per year
