We are looking for a candidate that will enter pricing into AS400, work AS400 queues, and audit invoices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter customer pricing into AS400 from pricing agreements
- Work AS400 queues: Short Pay, Coding, 7, and AHUA
- Work with Pricing Team on issues regarding pricing agreements
- Manage weekly fuel surcharge updates and monitor for fuel billing issues
- Audit invoices to identify recurring entry errors and billing anomalies
Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements
- Experience with LTL rating and pricing preferred.
- Working knowledge of AS400.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
