Bartender / Server – X-Golf Hilton Head
Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team at X-
Golf Hilton Head. This role combines traditional bar and service responsibilities with
supporting our indoor golf simulator experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-
paced, social environment and enjoys delivering a high-level hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entire time customers
are present
2. Take, Prepare, and Serve Food/Beverage orders
3. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
4. Maintain a clean and organized bar/seating area
5. Create and manage tabs using POS (Square)
6. Help guests with basic golf simulator setup and gameplay
7. Monitor bay activity and regularly check in on guests throughout their visit
8. Handle payments and close out checks accurately
9. Follow all alcohol service laws and ID verification procedures
Experience & Qualifications
1. Previous bartending or serving experience
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
4. Serv Safe Alcohol Training
5. Ability to multitask and stay organized
6. Golf knowledge is preferred
7. Must be at least 21 years old
