Plan and lead engaging activities that help individuals build life skills

Support consumers with daily tasks such as cleaning, organization, laundry, and other household chores

Assist with personal care, grooming, and selfhelp skills

Foster positive relationships with families, guardians, and case managers

Prepare and maintain accurate ISP (Individualized Support Plan) documentation

Coordinate and participate in fun leisure and community outings

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Must be at least 18 years old

1 year of experience in a related field (preferred, but not required)
