Winix America is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Illinois-based headquarters team! In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers by handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, live chat, and email. This entry-level position offers the flexibility of being 90% remote, with on-site training required for local candidates near the Bannockburn area.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (overtime as needed).

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Investigate and document claims for damaged goods to provide to shippers.
- Monitor and address fraudulent orders and warranty claims.
- Process customer orders received through phone calls and the company website.
- Create tickets for replacement parts and assist with order fulfillment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Preference for multitasking skills and call center experience.
- Calm and professional demeanor with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site during the training period.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
