As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them find products and services that meet their needs. Your goal is to create a positive experience while hitting daily and weekly sales goals.
What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional way in a retail environment.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions clearly.
- Complete sales and account setup from start to finish.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
- Follow up when needed to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and offers.
- Work with your Entry Level Account Manager team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking For in a Entry Level Account Manager:
- No experience required, previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable talking to customers and building relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Reliable transportation to Palm Harbor and nearby retail locations.
