What You’ll Do
Regional Operations & Performance
- Support the operational management of assigned regions, ensuring staffing levels, service delivery, and performance metrics are met
- Monitor regional performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that support regional growth
Client Relations & Business Development
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing builder clients through regular communication and site visits
- Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts and support new business development efforts
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to ensure service excellence
Team Leadership & Development
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members, ensuring alignment with company standards
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to field staff
- Reinforce accountability, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
Recruitment & Staffing Collaboration
- Partner closely with recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs
- Support candidate pipeline development aligned with regional demand
- Maintain awareness of workforce trends and hiring needs across assigned regions
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on regional activity, client engagement, and performance outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, staffing activity, and operational metrics
- Assist in monitoring regional budgets and controlling costs in alignment with company goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in New Home Sales, staffing, account management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership, team lead, or supervisory capacity preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to support business development and client growth initiatives
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Financial awareness and ability to support budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS or CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Willingness to travel frequently within Northern California
