Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and property division. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Communicate with clients via email and phone.
- Assist in legal drafting of pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Manage case files in document management systems.
- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for cases.
- Input and maintain accurate data in case management systems.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials by organizing evidence and exhibits.
- Provide executive administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in family law is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in document review, legal research, and legal drafting.
- Proficient in using legal software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
