What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install commercial storefront, curtainwall, and windows
- Set glass, aluminum frames, doors, and related hardware accurately and securely
- Read and interpret work orders, shop drawings, and blueprints
- Work on-site with contractors and clients to ensure quality installations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, working order
- Follow safety standards and company protocols every step of the way
- Provide friendly, respectful communication with clients and team members
- Help train and support newer installers as our team expands
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in window, door, or glass installation preferred—but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver large glass panels and frames safely
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Familiar with common power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism
- A team player who shows up on time and takes pride in their work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
