Commonwealth Partners is hiring a full-time Client Success Associate in Nashville to represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organizations through community events and pop-up campaigns while building valuable communication, marketing, and brand experience.
As a Client Success Associate, you'll help nonprofit partners strengthen their community presence by creating positive interactions, sharing campaign initiatives, and building awareness around each organization's brand and mission. Every Client Success Associate receives hands-on coaching while learning how strong communication and public engagement contribute to successful campaigns.
Responsibilities of the Client Success Associate
- Represent each nonprofit brand professionally at community meetups, pop-up campaigns, and promotional locations.
- Create welcoming conversations that introduce people to the mission and initiatives behind each brand.
- Learn campaign messaging and communicate it in a clear, engaging way that builds community interest.
- Answer questions about nonprofit programs and help people understand how they can get involved.
- Create positive interactions that strengthen brand recognition and leave community members with a memorable impression.
- Gather feedback from conversations to help the team understand how each brand is connecting with local audiences.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent brand messaging and support daily campaign objectives.
- Continue developing as a Client Success Associate through coaching in communication, outreach, and brand representation.
Qualifications of the Client Success Associate
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Customer service, hospitality, events, volunteer work, marketing, or community outreach experience is helpful but not required.
- Positive, dependable, and comfortable learning new campaign messaging.
- Adaptable and energized by active, people-focused environments.
- Comfortable working at outdoor pop-ups and community locations throughout the Nashville area.
- Interested in growing professionally as a Client Success Associate while developing marketing, communication, and brand experience.
