Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting commercial litigation matters, including complex business disputes, contract litigation, and related proceedings. This role plays a critical part in preparing cases for trial, arbitration, and mediation while working closely with attorneys, clients, and external vendors.

Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.

Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, affidavits, motions, briefs, and correspondence.

Manage large-scale document review, production, and e-discovery processes using platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar tools.

Conduct legal and factual research, including case law, statutes, and regulatory materials.

Prepare and organize trial notebooks, witness files, exhibit lists, and demonstrative evidence.

Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel on scheduling, document exchanges, and logistics.

Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

Handle administrative tasks related to case management and billing.

Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in commercial litigation or complex civil litigation.

Experience with commercial litigation matters is highly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
