SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix is seeking an experienced and driven Mitigation / Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial loss through completion. This role is responsible for managing water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage restoration projects while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Responsibilities commonly include project scoping, crew management, insurance coordination, documentation, and compliance with IICRC standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple mitigation and restoration projects simultaneously.
- Perform on-site inspections and assess water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
- Develop scopes of work, drying plans, and project timelines.
- Schedule and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, equipment usage, labor costs, and profitability.
- Maintain complete job documentation, including photos, moisture logs, daily reports, and customer communications.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, IICRC guidelines, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during challenging situations.
- Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in water, fire, mold, or disaster restoration.
- Previous project management, crew leadership, or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of mitigation procedures, drying principles, and restoration best practices.
- Experience with Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, MICA, or similar restoration software preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or equivalent preferred.
