Duties
- Support individuals in community outings and activities
- Assist with developing and practicing social and life skills
- Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times
- Encourage independence while offering appropriate support
- Assist with basic daily living needs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Build positive relationships with individuals, staff, and support teams
- Complete daily documentation accurately and timely
- Follow all company policies and DSPD guidelines
Schedule and Pay
- Monday–Sunday
- 9pm-9am
- $15.00 per hour
