This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the estimating department while working directly with the company leadership. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in construction estimating, specifically in commercial carpentry and drywall.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the estimating department, collaborating directly with company leadership.
- Review and interpret bid documents, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial carpentry scopes, including metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and rough carpentry, using On-Screen Takeoff software.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, clearly outlining the scope of work, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and commercial carpentry trades (Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings, Rough Carpentry).
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid (On-Center Software).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Wall Township, NJ.
