Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, professional and personable Bartender with strong seafood knowledge and upscale food service experience to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using The TOAST POS system.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending and food service within an upscale dining environment
- Strong knowledge of seafood, spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail techniques
- Familiarity with The TOAST POS system for processing transactions efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle diverse situations professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Previous experience in food service is required
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
