Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable School Bus Drivers to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to address any concerns or inquiries.
Follow established pick-up and drop-off schedules, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Exercise patience, professionalism, and compassion when interacting with students and passengers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement (P) and School Bus (S) Endorsement
Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations
Ability to obtain a Arizona Finger Print Clearance Card
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
Prior experience as a school bus driver preferred but not required
