Schlagel is interested in adding a Civil Engineering Design Technician to our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of design experience in Civil/Site Development in the Kansas City Metro Area.
Schlagel is a multi-discipline firm currently involved in a variety of commercial and industrial projects, multi-family and single family developments, and public works related projects for various local jurisdictions. This position will be involved in design support of projects in all phases of design including planning, permitting and construction.
The essential duties of this position include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D in the creation of plan and profile views, pipe networks, corridors, and grading and volume surfaces
- Coordination between Project Managers, Engineers, and Surveyors
