Overview
Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced residential painter who takes pride in quality workmanship. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented painter with at least 5 years of residential painting experience to join a growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
- Patch, repair, sand, scrape, and caulk surfaces
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Cut clean lines and produce high-quality finishes
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean work area
- Perform final touch-ups and quality inspections
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential painting experience (required)
- Experience with interior and exterior residential painting
- Skilled in surface preparation and finish work
- Experience using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Drywall patching and minor repair experience
- Basic carpentry or trim repair experience
- OSHA 10 Certification (preferred but not required)

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
