Candidate will need to be open, friendly and welcoming to all families and children in our care. Work experience in childcare is preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to remain calm in overstimulating environments, keep children safe while engaging them in play, basic technology skills, good communication skills and willing to learn and grow under guidance of upper management. This job is a continually learning positions. Each day, child and family is different and we must be able to adapt to their needs. There are required trainings that must be completed in a timely fashion.
Pay is determined by work experience and trainings completed. We are a STARS level 2 program and require staff to get trainings in to meet this level. Pay is negotiable once trainings are completed.
