ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and understand basic battery technology to properly represent ONE and support Business Development activities.
- Support the coordination and development of the sales process, including quotes, purchase order (PO) checklists, and commercial terms and conditions.
- Maintain customer pitch decks, datasheets, quote templates, and other commercial materials to ensure the sales team has access to current and accurate resources
- Support inbound sales leads and the sales inbox, including scheduling customer meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes and action items.
- Maintain business development contacts, CRM data, pipeline updates, customer status, and next steps to support commercial activities and forecasting.
- Assist with revenue and pack forecasting by maintaining customer demand data and forecast updates.
- Conduct market analysis and industry research to support business development initiatives.
- Create sales orders and support commercial documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Support trade shows, marketing initiatives, exhibit preparation, and related logistics.
- Prepare, route, and track Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Supply Agreements through the legal review and signature process.
- Maintain customer files, sales documentation, and commercial records to ensure data accuracy and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A. or M.A. degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other business CRM software systems.
- Proven ability to take initiative, self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision; take proactive role in executing assignments in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload based on changing needs
