We’re hiring a Lawn Mowing Crew Leader who knows how to take charge of a route and get it done efficiently, without being micromanaged.
If you’re looking to just cruise around and burn time, this isn’t the job. We’re looking for someone who cares about sharp lines, tight routes, and getting results.
If you have these skills, then you should NOT be paid the same as the co-worker who wastes time, on their phone, sitting idle, and not ensuring quality work… Earn a base wage and a clear weekly bonus based on the amount of work performed.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a 2-3 person mowing crew.
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Complete 15–30 residential properties per day on average. Properties range in size.
- Ensure clean, professional service on every property.
- Seasonal services like leaf removal, spring cleanups, and snow removal/plowing in the winter.
- Work with dependable, high-quality equipment and newer vehicles so you can focus on getting the job done right.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment.
- Ability to move quickly and stay organized.
- Leadership mindset (not just a worker).
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Valid Maryland driver’s license.
- Bi-lingual is a plus!
