Sales & Customer Service / Interior Design
Draffen Floor Coverings is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused person to join our team!
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and can help customers feel confident in their flooring selections. Flooring or interior design experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
Help customers choose flooring, colors, patterns, and materials
Provide guidance and recommendations based on the customer's needs and style
Answer phones and respond to customer questions
Prepare quotes and assist with sales
Follow up with customers regarding estimates, orders, and projects
Coordinate with installers, vendors, and other members of our team
Help maintain an organized and welcoming showroom
Provide excellent customer service from the initial visit through completion of the project
What We're Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable talking with customers and helping them make decisions
Organized and dependable
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer skills
An interest in interior design, decorating, or home improvement
Previous sales, customer service, flooring, or design experience is a plus
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No nights or weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
