Client Support Analyst
Location: Westlake, OH (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $30-$35/hour DOE
Job Summary
We're looking for a Client Support Analyst to provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting software, database, and Windows-related issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software, applications, and Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Write and execute SQL queries using MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Support CRM, call center, and business applications.
- Document issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Work with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of MS SQL/T-SQL experience (queries and stored procedures).
- 2+ years supporting Windows operating systems.
- 2+ years of end-user or client-facing technical support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI or SSRS
- PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript
- Linux/BASH
- EDI experience (BAI, NACHA, X12)
- Accounting or healthcare finance experience
- Programming experience (Python, Java, or C++)
