What You’ll Do:
- Actively scan assigned pool and attraction areas to detect hazards
- Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Enforce facility rules and park policies to keep guests safe
- Provide first aid and water rescues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe aquatic environment
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to guests
Working Conditions:
- Spend extended periods of time outdoors and in the sun
- Wear a provided lifeguard uniform
- Carry required rescue and safety equipment at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Alert, responsible, and safety-focused individuals
- Strong swimming ability and confident decision-making skills
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Available weekends, holidays, and peak hours
- Must be NASCO certified
Certification Info:
- NASCO lifeguard certification is required
- Classes are offered at Castaway Cove
- Applicants are responsible for the cost of training
