KIEZEN Logistics LLC is expanding and looking for dependable independent contractors to assist with Lime scooter operations across multiple cities.
Contractors perform a combination of battery swaps, scooter moves, scooter retrievals, deployments, and fleet support tasks. Work is completed using the Lime Partner platform and can be performed throughout the day based on task availability.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who already own a pickup truck, cargo van, trailer, or other suitable vehicle and want flexible, performance-based income.
What You'll Do
- Perform battery swaps on Lime scooters
- Move scooters to designated service areas
- Retrieve damaged, misplaced, or inactive scooters
- Deploy scooters into approved service zones
- Transport batteries between charging locations and the field
- Follow Lime operational guidelines and task instructions
- Maintain accurate task completion records
- Communicate with dispatch and management when necessary
- Work independently while maintaining professional standards
Contractor Pay
Compensation varies by market and task type.
Typical task rates include:
Moves: $2.00 - $2.25+
Retrievals: $2.50 - $3.00+
Deployments: $2.00+
Battery Swaps: $2.00+

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle (pickup truck, cargo van, trailer, or similar)
- Active vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with reliable data service
- Ability to lift up to 65+ pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Experience

No previous Lime experience is required. Training is provided.
Schedule
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position.
Work is available throughout the day and evening based on market demand.
Contractors choose when they work and how many tasks they complete.
Some contractors work part-time for supplemental income, while others complete high volumes of tasks throughout the week.
