Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of all beverages and supplies.
- Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, providing support in serving and/or beverage service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous serving/ bartending experience is preferred not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Experience in the food industry or retail environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food and cocktail preparation is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
