We are currently seeking a dedicated Pallet Stacker to join our Bagging Department. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently prepared for distribution. Responsibilities

Stack bags of soil, mulches, and compost weighing up to 50 pounds each.

Operate pallet wrappers and apply shrink wrap to secure pallets.

Ensure pallets are stacked properly to prevent damage during storage and transport.

Load and unload pallets from trucks, containers, and warehouse shelves.

Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and product damage.

Assist in the preparation of products for shipping, including packing and labeling.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.

Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Compensation
$15.00 per hour
