Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quick turnaround times in a fast-paced setting.
- Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments smoothly.
- Support food safety and sanitation practices by following proper food handling procedures and cleanliness standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques.
Experience
- Prior experience in food restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Background in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation, and proper food handling practices is important.
- Experience working in a café, grocery store, or other food industry settings can provide valuable skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team.
