Role Summary
The Marketing & Communications Manager owns the day-to-day execution and quality control of the firm’s marketing across social, email, website, content, reputation, and print. This is a hands-on role that blends strong content and brand judgment with the project coordination needed to keep many campaigns on-brand, accurate, and on schedule, across both an in-house team and a roster of virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Social media and content approvals
· Review and approve captions, graphics, and video for the ecosystem’s brand accounts, each with its own distinct voice.
· Own the social content calendar and scheduling in Vista Social, ensuring the right cadence and platform fit across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Protect brand voice and visual standards on every post.
· Research design and social media trends, and plan content around them.
Brand and design
· Maintain brand consistency across all materials and uphold the firm’s design system.
· Oversee production and art-direct design work, including social graphics, carousels, flyers, business cards, letterhead, and event collateral.
Content marketing
· Run the blog and eBook pipeline: review, approve, and schedule a steady weekly cadence of long-form content.
· Build and maintain educational web hubs and lead magnets that convert readers into consultations.
Email marketing
· Plan and send campaigns and follow-up sequences
Team coordination
· Delegate to and quality-check the virtual assistant team, brief and review their work, and keep projects moving across design, copy, web, email, and database functions.
Qualifications
Required
· 1 - 3 years in marketing or communications.
· Excellent writing and editing, with the discipline to hold a consistent brand voice.
· Hands-on design ability (Canva or Adobe) and comfort directing designers.
· Highly organized, able to manage many concurrent projects and deadlines without dropping detail.
· Strong quality-control instincts and a habit of catching errors before they ship.
Preferred
· Legal, real estate, or professional-services marketing experience.
· Familiarity with Vista Social, Mailchimp or Zoho.
· Experience producing short-form video and reels.
Tools You Will UseVista Social, Mailchimp / Zoho One, Canva and Adobe, WordPress and Squarespace, Clio, Dialpad, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
