Experience

- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
- Prefereed Experience utilizing CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipeline; or willingeness to learn
- Knowledge of roofing products, technology sales, or construction materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.

What You Need:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B outside sales, with a proven track record in new business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in roofing or construction sales is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong closing mentality and the ability to build relationships.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
- Compliance: Adhere to OSHA Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, handle heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Testing: Must pass mandatory and random drug tests.
