In this role, you'll help ensure products are shipped accurately and on time while supporting inventory management and daily shipping operations. Pay: $23.96 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily shipping activities and load outbound truck shipments
- Manage expedited shipping requests to meet customer deadlines
- Process shipments using the SAP Shipping System
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy
- Generate packing slips, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation
- Monitor daily shipping reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory control and support warehouse operations as needed
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination
- Experience using SAP or another ERP/shipping system preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to generate shipping reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
