Toolmaker (1st & 2nd Shift)
Triangle Tool LLC is a one-stop, full-service shop based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At our modern facility, we specialize in building complex plastic injection molds. Our team of experienced designers and highly skilled toolmakers produce tight-tolerance molds while staying focused on quality and the customer.
No production line, no rinse-and-repeat work, just solid toolmaking and a team that knows what they’re doing. We’re looking for Toolmakers who show up ready to work, think through problems, and care about the quality of what leaves the shop.
Qualifications:
· Journeyman Toolmaker or equivalent experience in the trade
· Ability to work in a team-centered environment
· Strong communication skills
· Able to manage multiple jobs at different stages
· Injection mold experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
· Build and assemble new and repair molds from start to finish
· Problem-solve on the fly - because no two projects are the same
· Inspect components to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met
· Work closely with design and CNC machining teams
· Track and coordinate builds on the shop floor
· Support sampling to complete a production ready mold
