Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow within plumbing systems.
- Perform plumbing inspections to identify potential issues early and recommend appropriate solutions; ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Utilize welding skills for pipe fabrication or repair when necessary; handle heavy lifting safely during installation or repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed; communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, or commercial plumbing environments with a strong understanding of water systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and plumbing inspection cameras.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in HVAC systems or related mechanical components is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Construction site experience including remodeling projects or new builds; handyman experience is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license with owner operated vehicle truck/van mandatory.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry knowledge beneficial for framing or assembly tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
