We are looking for an energetic, trend-savvy, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in-house and bring our brand to life across digital platforms!
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and short-form video? We are seeking a creative powerhouse to handle end-to-end content creation—from capturing daily in-office content to editing viral Reels/TikToks and managing paid campaigns. You will work directly with our clinical team to showcase our treatments, educate our audience, and drive patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-House Filming & Production: Capture high-quality, authentic video and photo content of treatments, patient transformations, and behind-the-scenes office culture.
- Video Editing: Script, edit, and post engaging short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Ad Management: Create, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) to drive new patient consultations.
- Platform Management: Plan, schedule, and maintain an active content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics, keep up with trending sounds/formats in the aesthetic/dermatology niche, and refine strategies to grow our follower base and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) with a strong portfolio or sample feed.
- Hands-on proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience using Meta Ads Manager for paid lead generation or brand awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with providers and patients in a clinical setting.
- High enthusiasm, strong initiative, and a keen eye for aesthetic visual storytelling.
- Experience or strong interest in the skincare, beauty, or medical spa industry is a major plus!
