Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various types of equipment, including ovens, ice cream machines, and Middleby equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
- Assemble and disassemble equipment components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service performed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in equipment repair or a related field, such as appliance repair or field service
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, and electrical components
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
-EPA Universal Certification a must
