Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communicating with customers and vendors, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Receive and log incoming shipments and materials
- Process invoicing and assist with collections
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support accounts receivable functions
- Enter and maintain records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Maintain organized office records and documentation
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required:
-QuickBooks Desktop
-Microsoft Word
-Excel
-Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
