ABC is looking for a dedicated, personable, and enthusiastic maintenance worker who will be responsible for one site on the Upper East Side which includes preschools and administrative offices.

The ideal maintenance worker will be flexible with workflow and able to interact with school staff, families, and management. Because Cassidy’s Place is primarily an early childhood program, maintenance workers who enjoy interacting with children will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain building in good repair: touch-up painting, wall repair, miscellaneous repairs to building items
- Manage trash and recycling
- Interface with building contractors for service and repairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of building during school day
- Assemble items as needed
- Daily/Weekly deliveries and pick ups to and from other programs
Qualifications of the maintenance worker:
- Proven track record of hard work & reliability
- 2 positive references
- Driver's License with clean driving record
- Spanish language ability is a plus

Maintenance worker salary range: $45,000-$55,000
